The cost of transportation is not so high for the services for vehicles covered by us. Please report the last 6 digits of the car chassis number (from the left) to our service operator when calling for roadside assistance.

If it is not possible to move your car to the nearest authorized agency, our rescuer team will be sent to your place with the coordination of the company. If it is not possible to fix the problem after the rescuer’s presence, the car will be transferred to the repair shop. From the announcement of the chassis number of the car and other required specifications, the necessary arrangements will be made; so that the company’s rescuers can come to your aid and solve your problem and start your car.

To use our Roadside Assistance services, please call (469) 498-9000. If the customer’s vehicle is not covered by our warranty, all the matters can be done and the cost of transportation and services will be calculated according to the tariff of our company and will be collected from the customer.

After completing the repairs, see the report of the visit and the vehicle repair in the service billing invoice; if approved, sign it and get a copy from the rescuer. (The rescuer is not allowed to take any money in excess of the amount stated in the invoice.)
